Situated in Alloa on the banks of the River Forth, The Forth Brewery opened in September 1999 on the site of the old George Younger bottling line that burned down in 1961. The principle behind the establishment of the Forth Brewery was to create a small, cost effective modern brewery and bottling line that would brew its own draught and bottled ales as well as contract brewing and bottling for a number of micro breweries - predominantly with their origins in Scotland. |
